The student and partner forms may also collect grade, social media account, participation preferences, department, job title and partnership interests.

   We use the information to send updates about recruitment, selection and the event, respond to partnership inquiries, send requested materials, communicate about event operations and improve our services.

   We do not provide your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We may share it with service providers, including HOKULEA Inc., within the scope needed to plan and operate the event, and manage it appropriately.

4. 4. Analytics and external transmission

   This site uses Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve the site. Cookies and similar technologies may send pages viewed, referral sources, and device and browser information to Google LLC. Google manages that data under its policies. You can disable collection with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

   We take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss and disclosure of personal information.

   We respond to requests for access, correction, suspension of use or deletion of your information in accordance with applicable law.
